Quenda is located in Hovea in the Darling Ranges of the Perth Hills, Western Australia.
The surrounding area is identified by steep hills, granite outcrops, and Jarrah / Marri forest woodlands.
You'll start to unwind the moment you step out of your car. Jane Brook runs through our property and there is 1 and ½ acres of open space to enjoy.
Quenda is situated on the famous Railway Reserves Heritage Trail which leads directly into WA's oldest national park - John Forrest National Park.
Our property is fully fenced with automatic gate secured by PIN code. Car access is off Falls Road.
Fire Pit AKA 'bush TV': We have plenty of trees to manage which results in plenty of offcuts for our fire pit. From the 1st of June to the 30th of September, we can organise a fire for you! In April, May, October & November, burning is a restricted activity and only available between 6pm and 11pm.
Here are some of the features of our special part of the world...
Home Grown
We grow a lot of food on our property - at the right time of the year we will incorporate this food into your breakfast and if we're overrun with things like nashi pears, lemons, mulberries, or cherry plums then you'll be welcome to help yourself!
Pool
The Quenda pool is a freshwater infinity pool. We use copper-silver ionisation to sanitise the water. Once you have experienced swimming in a fresh water pool, there's no going back!
Quenda Vibes
From meandering down to the creek, through to our winter fire pit area - you are going to love the vibe of Quenda.
